The founder of My Kefir World, CY Wong has been making kefir since 2008. She absoultely enjoys experimenting with kefir and seeing how kefir has benefitted the health of many.

C.Y was brought up with the protocol “sick, see doctor, take medicine”. This protocol she followed faithfully for many years right well until her youngest daughter was born.

She does not follow that protocol anymore and have since enjoyed so much health improvement not only for herself, but for her whole family (not to mention all the savings from medical bills).
